    • For Newborn Visits, Congratulations! After your baby is born and you have an actual date of birth, book his or her first appointment online at HolyFamilyHealth.com. Be sure to view availability for all providers to get the soonest appointment slot. We reserve several appointment slots each day for newborn visits. You can also already book your 1 and 2 month old checkups with your preferred provider if he or she wasn’t available for the newborn visit.
    • For Meet and Greet visits before your Baby arrives, you can book an appointment for mom or dad online at HolyFamilyHealth.com, and we can use that visit to introduce ourselves and talk about tips for the end of pregnancy, prevention of perineal tears, preparation for labor and postpartum, and what to expect as you welcome your Little One. We love caring for all members of your whole family!
  • For Refills or assistance with Prior-Authorizations, please make an appointment with any provider at HolyFamilyHealth.com.
    • We prefer to sync your Refill schedule with your follow up schedule, so that as your medications and refills are running out, it means it’s about time that we’d like to see you again. This way you also won’t need to worry about refills between appointments. If you’d like a longer supply of medications and refills, be sure to talk with your provider about it at the visit so you can come up with a plan together.
    • Prior Authorizations are a lengthy process, so the quickest way to accomplish the application or appeal is to make an appointment, which gives you and your provider a set time to call insurance together and get it approved.
