She currently resides in the Frisco area with her husband and dog. When not caring for patients, She enjoys spending time with family, reading novels, catching up on the latest TV shows and movies, and exploring different restaurants with her husband.

Biography

Growing up in a large family, Dr. Iyegha has constantly been surrounded by children, fueling her passion for the care of pediatric patients. She enjoys building trusting relationships with patients and their families, watching them grow over time from infancy through adolescence, and providing support and guidance as they navigate through acute and chronic illnesses. She feels privileged to be a part of each child's journey in life and is excited to join Forest Lane Pediatrics in order to do so.

Dr. Iyegha completed her studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Biology and departmental honors. She stayed at UAB to complete her medical degree and was granted the Dean's Award for Superior Performance in the Clinical Curriculum. She then relocated to Dallas to complete her pediatric residency at Children's Medical Center/UT Southwestern. She is an active member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the American Medical Association.
