Biography
Dr. Lynda Tang grew up in DFW and is proud to call Dallas home. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry. Dr. Tang earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine and completed a pediatric residency at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.
Dr. Tang enjoys interacting with children of all ages and promoting healthy habits that will last into adulthood. As your child’s pediatrician, Dr. Tang will guide you and your child through the challenges of infancy, childhood and adolescence. She understands that your time is valuable and is committed to providing quality patient care that is comprehensive and compassionate. As a first time mom to twins, she can relate to the stress and anxiety that comes with raising children. She is honored to work with first time parents to educate and empower parents with the skills to optimize their child’s health, emotionally and physically.
Dr. Tang resides in north Dallas with her husband, 2 children, and two dogs. Apart from keeping up with her twins, Dr. Tang enjoys good food, binge-worthy Netflix shows, and amateur photography. She and her husband are both college football fans and enjoy cheering on their alma mater during the football season. She speaks Vietnamese as a second language and feels privileged to be able to use it in the care of some of her patients.
