Biography
Dr. Lily Hsu Strong is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Forest Lane Pediatrics in 2012. Dr. Strong completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2006, where she earned an award for her professionalism. She earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine and completed her undergraduate studies at Austin College where she graduated summa cum laude. Following graduation from residency, she worked in a pediatric practice in Northern California for two years before moving back to her hometown of Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Strong then worked at a pediatric urgent care in Dallas for three years before joining Forest Lane Pediatrics. Dr. Strong is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Association. As of 2017, Dr. Strong was named as a Mom Approved Doctor by DFW Child Magazine.
Dr. Strong feels it is a privilege to care for children from the newborn period through the adolescent years. She enjoys developing a relationship with each family and watching patients grow and thrive. She also finds it rewarding to help children feel better when they are sick. She loves living in Dallas (Lakewood) with her husband, an ophthalmologist, and their three sons. Her hobbies include traveling, learning about other cultures, cooking, hiking, tennis and spending time with her family.
