Forest Lane Pediatrics Virtual Visit Instructions

1. Make sure you have a strong internet connection & that your microphone/camera are turned on and working. You may use Google Chrome on a computer/laptop or download the myPrivia app on a cellphone.
2. Find a quiet, well-lit space & make sure your child is present for the appointment.
3. Take your child’s temperature & weight, if possible, prior to the appointment.
4. Keep a flashlight nearby to help the doctor examine your child.
5. Have any medications your child is currently taking with you.
6. If your child has a rash, before the visit starts, send a picture of the rash via the Messages tab on your child’s portal account.
7. You and your child do not need to wait in front of your device, we will call you to begin the visit.
