Office closed due to severe weather

Due to power outages, unsafe road conditions and lack of water pressure, our office will remain closed on Wednesday, Feb 17, 2021.

Office closure on 5/17/24 - 5/22/24 due to damages from the weather

The office will be closed and will reopen on Thursday 5/23/24 for in office visits. In the meantime, the providers are available for virtual visits. You can schedule those visits online. To reschedule you may also do so on the website or from your email confirmation you received for your scheduled appointment. Have a great weekend and be safe!
