Please remember with an HMO plan you will need an approval for any referral needed. Also, if you have not been seen in the office for the existing problem please make an appointment to obtain the referral needed as documentation is needed as well.

We now have the RSV, FLU and COVID vaccines in the office! Please feel free if you are a patient to call and schedule a nurse visit if these are needed.
