We can’t wait to welcome you to the Thrive Primary Care office in Hughesville!

Virtual Video Visits

We know you can’t always make it into the office for an appointment. Whether you need a medication refill on your lunch break, evaluation of an illness on vacation, or a follow-up visit while your child is napping in the next room – we are happy to see you for a virtual visit.

A Thriving Community

Our passion is to improve community wellness. That means compassionate care for the patients who come into our office, and going out into the community to serve those who don’t. We strive to reduce racial healthcare inequities by partnering with churches, food pantries, and other community agencies to provide medical services to those who need them most. We also continually analyze our patient data to close gaps in care and improve the health of our community.

Well Visits

At Thrive Primary Care, we love preventive care! At your physical, well woman exam, or Medicare annual well visit, we partner with you to create a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of future illness. We discuss appropriate screening and vaccination recommendations. We review your health goals to create a patient-centered plan for you to Thrive!

Acute Sick Visits

Feeling sick? Have an injury? Need someone to talk to? We are here to listen, examine, evaluate, diagnose, and treat to get you back to wellness.
