Prescription Refill Requests

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Sweetwater Medical Associates are routinely issued Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm. You can make your request by:

Calling our office at (281) 494-4900
Having your pharmacy fax the request to (281) 494-4905 or
Completing and submitting our interactive prescription request form below
We will respond to your request within two business days.

Anticipate Prescription Refill Times

No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the providers do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
