Although typically covered poorly by insurance benefits, we recognize that nutrition and a healthy weight are central to your good health.

We'll Keep It Simple

Any patient who wishes to be seen exclusively for weight loss management can do so under the DDEC Concierge Plan*

Over a 12-month period you will benefit from education, guidance, and a complete and dedicated weight loss approach. This includes:

• Comprehensive initial lab assessment (including CBC, CMP, cholesterol panel, lipid panel, HgA1C, and thyroid studies)
• Dedicated nutritionist visits (initial and up to two follow-up visits)
• Four visits with a medical provider, including discussion about and prescribing of weight loss medication (as applicable to each patient)
• Open-access to the DDEC clinic for weight checks
• DDEC Patient Portal access for questions and support between medical visits

Two Flexible Payment Options**:

• Single payment of $1500
• Four payments of $600 each
