Dallas Office Sick Visit Protocol

1. Due to COVID-19 precautions, a max of 2 persons in addition to the patient are allowed to attend the visit.
2. Please make sure that everyone 2 and older is wearing a non-vented mask, covering both nose and mouth.
3. When in the building, keep 6 ft from people not in your family and limit 1 family to the elevator at a time.
4. After checking in with the door screener, you will be directed to the appropriate waiting area for your child’s appointment.
