Pilot Physicals

Pilot Physicals

Are you a Pilot or planning to become one? Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires an aviation medical certificate from an FAA aviation medical examiner. With the exception of a Sport Pilot certificate, all student pilots must obtain a medical certification prior to flying solo or earning a pilot certificate. Dr. Shirsolkar is a certified class 2 and class 3 AME to conduct the FAA physicals in house. You can call us and book an appointment for Pilot physicals. In house EKG or, if needed, sleep apnea testing is also provided.

Q & A

Make sure you have registered and filled out your MedXpress form and have a confirmation number at the time of appointment.

If you clear the exam, the certificate is provided on the same day at the time of check out. Your certificate may be denied or deferred if you did not qualify due to any reason including but not limited to hidden medical conditions, failed eye, hearing, cardiac test, etc.
