Biography

Throughout my journey from undergrad to a professional careers, I’ve been deeply passionate about optimizing human health and performance. My background in sports medicine and nutrition, couple with an extensive understanding of metabolic health gained during medical school and residency, provides me with a distinctive perspective on health and wellness. I’m convinced that metabolic disease underlies the most prevalent medical issues today like diabetes, obesity, several cancers, and heart disease. I believe that to enhance and maintain prime metabolic health, it is vital to prioritize nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management. This foundation can then be further augmented by the strategic use of medications, supplements and hormones.
