Biography
Dr. Clark is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also board-certified in Internal Medicine for adults. She grew up in Connecticut and Ohio and attended the University of Notre Dame where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Pre-Professional Studies in 2000. She obtained her Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 2004 and then completed residency training in Med/Peds (Internal Medicine and Pediatrics) at Indiana University Medical Center/Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2008.
After residency, Dr. Clark practiced general Med/Peds for many years in suburban Minneapolis before moving to Hawaii, where her fiancé was completing his Pediatric Fellowship in Neonatology as an Army physician. After getting married and starting a family, Dr. Clark has focused on practicing part-time Pediatrics and enjoys the balance of work and family time. After her husband completed his military duties, they moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2016 and she joined the Peninsula Pediatrics team in early 2020.
Outside of work, she enjoys music, cooking, and exploring the area with her husband and children. Volunteering with the Junior League for the last decade has allowed her to support community programs that improve the lives of women and children, and as a physician, Dr. Clark enjoys partnering with patients and families to achieve greater health and wellness throughout their lives.
