It depends on the reason for the visit. To allocate the appropriate length of time for your appointment, our staff will ask about the nature of your visit when you call for your appointment. In this manner, you may be assured of sufficient time to discuss your concerns. However, due to the nature of our practice, occasionally there may be delays in appointments. Therefore, we ask that you allow at least one hour and 30 minutes for your appointment.
Normal office hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Dr. Dullye’s office is closed on Thursdays.
Your doctor most likely will see or talk with you during normal office hours. Like anyone else, a physician has to be away from his or her office or out of the city occasionally. At such times, you may be assured that another qualified physician or assistant will be answering calls.
There is plenty of parking next to the Margot Perot Women’s and Children’s Hospital building. If the ground-level parking lots are full, there also are two underground parking levels available. There is a $2.00 daily charge for parking.

We recognize the need for a definite understanding between patient and doctor regarding financial arrangements for medical and surgical care. The responsibility for payment of these fees is your direct obligation. Because of the high cost of billing, we request payment when you are seen. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, or cash. For the managed care plans for which we are a preferred provider, we will collect co-payment amounts at the time of service. You will also be responsible for any coinsurance or deductible amounts that may be due.
Please note that because of the large number of plans with which we must work and the fact that each plan is different, it is your responsibility to determine whether or not you need to obtain a referral from your primary care physician.
You will be billed after 45 days if we have not received payment from your insurance company by then. If the payment from the insurance company is less than the fee, you will be responsible for prompt payment of the balance. If the payment from the insurance company exceeds the stated fee, a check for the excess amount will be mailed to you promptly.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel so that other patients may use this time. For those who do not contact us prior to missing a previously scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge for an office visit. Please be aware that insurance providers will not cover this expense.
Many questions or concerns can be addressed and answered by the office nurse. However, if she feels that the matter requires further attention or if the patient would like to speak directly with Dr. Dullye, we request that the patient schedule an in-office consultation.
A telephone consultation can be scheduled with Dr. Dullye. However, because health insurance companies rarely reimburse for this service, the patient will be responsible for any resulting amount due.
Although we love your children, because of the high incidence of contagious infection in youngsters, we request that no children be brought to the office.
Yes, if you need Dr. Dullye’s office to complete disability forms for you, there is a $10.00 charge per form. Payment is due when you request the forms.
