Biography
Dr. Charles Thompson graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1978 and attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport for both medical school and his residency training. Dr. Charles Thompson has practiced in Nacogdoches since 1986.
Dr. Thompson has delivered thousands of babies in Nacogdoches over the last 30+ years. When his son, Dr. Ben Thompson, joined the practice, he transitioned to providing in office gynecology care only so that he could spend more time with his grandchildren. He has a special interest in caring for women during and after the menopausal transition. He is also the Chief Medical Officer of Nacogdoches Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of OB/GYN.
