• Ear piercing – Offered by Elizabeth Connelly, NP on Wednesdays in Fulton, and Thursdays in Annapolis. Cost is $75 and includes gold studs.
• Nutrition/Weight loss consultations
• Plant base diet consultations
• Suture removal
• In-grown toe/fingernail removal

Patient Forms & Fees

• School/physical forms processing time is 10-14 business days with an administrative fee of $20.00.
• FMLA forms also have a processing time of 10-14 business days with an administrative fee of $25.00.
• Letters have an administrative fee of $15.00. Processing time is 10-14 business days.
