Primary Care Office

We want to clarify that despite providing all of the services of an Urgent Care facility, including being open for long hours, 365 days per year, doing X-rays, and laceration repair, etc., we have been determined to be a Primary Care office by your insurance company. This means that the “place of service” is not a hospital or urgent care center but a primary care office. This may result in your insurance company charging you a higher copay, co-insurance, or deductible, or some of the treatments you receive, like X-rays, may not be covered by your insurance plan. We are reviewing this designation with the insurance companies and hope to have a resolution soon. Until a determination is made on this case, you will be responsible for any charges deemed patient responsibility by your insurance. GoWell Urgent Care wants to assure you that we are dedicated to the health and well-being of our community, and your care remains a top priority.
