Welcome to Fairfax Gynecology Group! Our providers – Nancy Hafner, MD, Marina Arutyunyan, DO, MPH, Ashley Wade-Vuturo, MD, Shara Chen, PA-C, and Carlyn Penwell, CNM – have expertise in all aspects of gynecological care (no obstetrics). We provide annual wellness exams, diagnosis and treatment of abnormal PAP smears, diagnose abnormal vaginal bleeding, contraception management, menopausal care, genetic testing (BRCA), as well as all other aspects of gynecology. We offer comprehensive gynecologic surgery in the hospital and office. We see ourselves as partners in your care. We offer online appointment scheduling for in person or virtual appointments.
