Biography

Jeannie, a Connecticut native, joined the military and settled in Hampton Roads, where she enjoys life with her two wonderful children. An avid reader and cook, she values time spent with family. With a nursing career that began in 1992, Jeannie is passionate about providing care across all age groups, specializing in pediatric home care and adult critical care. She offers comprehensive primary care for newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, including women's health and mental health support. 

Jeannie has dedicated decades to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to her MSN/FNP, she has completed specialized post-graduate training in pediatric behavioral and mental health. Her current doctoral work focuses on the needs of parents, caregivers, and siblings of children with special healthcare needs. 

Jeannie joined Chickahominy Family Practice in 2024.
