Referral Policy
Same day referral requests are not processed for non-urgent conditions. Referrals will not be backdated unless it is an emergency situation. All voice-mail messages received between the hours of 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. will be processed within three (3) business days. If you have a change of insurance, you must bring a copy of the insurance card (front and back) before the referral will be processed. We will fax your referral or written order unless you request to pick it up.
