A general question about your child may be answered during the day by one of our staff members. You may have to leave your name, number, and a brief explanation of the information you are seeking. We will usually return your call the same day and definitely within twenty-four hours.
After hours calls should be for emergencies only and a charge may be incurred.
We have breathing machines (nebulizers) available in the office. Insurance coverage for nebulizers varies depending on the company. If your insurance plan is not a participating provider with our nebulizer supplier, we will order one for your child from an outside source.
Please see our refill policy in the Policy and Procedures section. Generally, controlled substance prescriptions require twenty-four hours notice prior to pick-up. For all other prescriptions, call your pharmacist and have them fax us a refill request. All prescription refills are subject to annual well-child check-ups or recent visits.
