COVID-19 Vaccination Notification

Community vaccinations can now be scheduled for Lord Fairfax Health District residents (Winchester, Frederick, Shenandoah, Warren, Clark and Paige counties) for Person's age 65 and up, or frontline essential workers including Police, Fire, Hazmat, Corrections and Homeless Shelter Workers, Childcare/PreK-12 Teachers/Staff.
Recent and Ongoing Attempted PHI Scams

Privia was recently made aware that several Care Centers have received forms requesting verification of current patient status of named individuals that appear to be sent from “Northern Health ”. Upon investigation, we have determined that these requests are fraudulent.
