For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

VISITS

Often visits are available within hours of checking the portal. If you know you want me to counsel or treat a medical condition, schedule an appointment. If your question is “Do I need to be seen?” The answer is always yes. I advise against asking me if a visit is available or needed as this delays care. I advise going on the portal and signing up for the new portal and scheduling right away. If there are no available visits or you are having any trouble please message (Updox is still working for messaging) or call me and I will add you to my schedule.

PORTAL MESSAGE

SIGN Up for the new portal. Dr. Clark is no longer using Updox. If you are not able to sign up or have any problems email info@wellbeingmedicalcare.com.

For Portal messages to Dr. Clark, response times before 7am, after 7pm, and on weekends are slower and so, if you need a quick response, I recommend calling me.

PHONE

The Phone system is automated. Phone calls can be made to Dr. Clark 24/7. Call 410-730-8288 and option 1 gives general information. Option 2 leaves a message that is converted to text and sent to me. Option 3 rings my cell phone. Use this for calls where you are worried, concerned and/or want an answer right away. This is a good way to contact me on evenings and weekends when I am not looking at the portal as frequently.
