Dr. Michael Wilwand, D.O., is a highly skilled and accomplished orthopedic surgeon with a strong educational background and extensive experience. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) Degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002, laying the foundation for his career in orthopedics.

Dr. Wilwand’s commitment to excellence in orthopedic surgery is evident through his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Michigan State University- Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center in Mt. Clemens, MI, which he completed in 2007. Furthermore, his academic journey includes an Undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998, providing him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of musculoskeletal health.

His dedication to specialization in Orthopedic Sports Medicine led him to complete a Fellowship at the TRIA Orthopedics Center in Minneapolis, MN, in 2008.
