After hours the main office number will forward to our service. Please use the main number only. Calls will be returned within the hour. If you do not receive a call back please call the service back.

If you have a routine question or require a medication refill we ask that you call us during regular office hours. You may also avail yourself of the nursing “hotline” that your insurance company offers.

For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department.
