Biography
Dr. Tellez is passionate about surgery and working closely with his patients across the Fort Worth-area to help them achieve their optimal health. Dr. Tellez went to the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and completed his post-doctoral residency training at the Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA.
