Biography

Dr.Guram is trained in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and hepatology, and also in age management medicine.

He is a Diplomate in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He believes that healthcare is precision-medicine, tailored to the personalized needs of individual patients through preventive care and promoting health through nutrition, exercise, and correction of hormonal and metabolic imbalances. To improve one’s health span, the patient needs to participate in decision-making treatment plans and follow-up care, and commit to long-term goals.

He is well-trained and experienced in the management of digestive disorders, liver disorders, gastroenterology, hepatology, and hormone and metabolic disorders. His special interests include management of obesity and metabolic disorders, including weight loss management. He also performs intragastric balloon placements - Orbera and ReShape - for weight loss, among other non-invasive procedures.
