Our Story

Dr. Mercedes Giles founded Thrive Family Clinic to escape the bureaucracy and pressures that permeate today’s healthcare industry. She envisioned a welcoming space that provides transparent, friendly, accessible, and – above all – quality healthcare to the Pearland, TX community. In 2019, Dr. Giles opened Thrive Family Clinic, and her dream became a reality.
