Biography

Carisalyn is a member of the "Health and Wellness Ministry". Her passion is in promoting healthy living through educational sessions, free blood screenings, weekly exercise groups and a church and community wide annual walk.

Her skill and dedication to helping all patients in a family care setting makes Carisalyn a valuable asset to the Family Medicine Clinic. She continues to provide primary care for chronic care patients, extended infirmary patients along with urgent acute cases.
