I hope this letter finds you well. After careful consideration, I Dr. Farishta have decided to leave Sugar Land Women’s Care. My last day will be March 9, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly, and it is bittersweet to say goodbye to the practice where I’ve had the privilege of caring for you. I want to assure you that my commitment to your health and well-being will remain my top priority, and I am excited to continue seeing you at my new practice.

If you prefer to remain at Sugar Land Women’s Care, I want to reassure you that you will continue to receive excellent care from the dedicated team of doctors at Sugar Land Women’s Care.
