Biography

As a former athlete, the musculoskeletal system and the mechanism of injury and pain has been an interest of mine for many years. In my specialty, I am able to turn this interest into a passion. 

Pain management requires a combination of good orthopedic diagnostic skills, empathy and patience. I enjoy building a rapport with my patients, empathizing to ensure they feel heard and understood, and using my diagnostic skills to determine what intervention is needed to improve their pain. This specialty is very complex and challenging, which makes the reward that much greater when I am able to provide my patients with the relief they long for.
