Biography

Dr. Prashant Jani is a board-certified primary care physician. With a vast experience of more than 18 years in the field of medicine, he is excellent in mitigating risks for heart attacks and strokes. He has an extensive medical experience in treating patients in the hospital, outpatient, and nursing home settings. Dr. Jani uses his vast experience and analytical stepwise approach to treat a multitude of medical problems and in turn improve quality of life and outcomes for patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Jani enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He strives to treat each patient to the best of his ability while ensuring that both patients and their loved ones benefit from the different possible methods of treatment. He makes sure to minimize the use of medications and improve the patient’s health through diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

Dr. Jani has passed board certification of Internal medicine and he is fellowship trained in geriatrics.
