Amber Torres is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Before joining San Antonio Family Physicians, Amber worked as a Registered Nurse for over 7+ years in various roles, with experience in oncology, women’s health, adult health, and pediatrics. The knowledge, compassion, and experience gained as a Registered Nurse profoundly shaped her approach to patient care, allowing her to provide holistic, patient-centered care as your family provider. Amber is dedicated to promoting health and wellness throughout the lifespan, emphasizing preventive care, and building strong relationships with her patients to support their long-term health goals.
