Biography

Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant at Respiratory and Sleep Disorders Specialists, where she collaborates with Dr. Jefy Mathew in providing exceptional care for patients managing respiratory and sleep disorders. With a strong academic background and hands-on experience, she is committed to improving patient health and quality of life.

Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, with a minor in biology, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She continued her education at LSU Shreveport, where she earned a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Now practicing at Respiratory and Sleep Disorders Specialists, she works to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and support.
