Biography

My name is Irene Rieder and I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). I am extremely passionate about providing the highest quality care for my patients, and ensuring the health and well-being of all individuals that I am fortunate enough to come across.

Before working at Premier Medicine, I have worked in several healthcare facilities in the DC/Maryland area over the last 10 years, including Suburban Hospital, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, and Chevy Chase Endoscopy Center. My previous specialties include oncology/medical-surgical, emergency medicine, and interventional cardiology and radiology.

I graduated with my BSN from Stevenson University, and my MSN from Walden University. Outside of work, I love to run, enjoy spending time with my family, and watching basketball and wrestling. I live in North Bethesda with my husband, Chase. I was raised in Germantown, MD and am so excited to continue my healthcare career serving the area I grew up in.
