Biography

Kelley Meadows DNP, CPNP-PC is a Florida native, born and raised here in St. Augustine. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2009. Kelley started working on a general medical/surgical floor as an RN at Flagler Hospital for 1 year, then found a passion for newborns and their growing families in Labor and Delivery for 7 years before returning to studies at the University of Florida where she graduated in May 2018 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, specializing in pediatric primary care. Kelley is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in primary care pediatrics. She has a passion for children of all ages and loves being able to watch them grow, and strives to focus on holistic health and wellness that includes the patient's physical, mental and spiritual health. Kelley married her high school sweetheart and they have 4 beautiful children, including 2 biological children and 2 girls they were recently able to adopt after fostering for 2 years. Kelley loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, crafting and spending time at the beach and downtown St. Augustine.
