Biography

Debra Howard is a native Tennessean, born and raised in West Tennessee and a 20+ year resident of Knoxville, TN. She graduated from The University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and from South College with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.

Deb had a clinical rotation with Dr. Walker at Parkwest Women’s Specialists in Women’s Health and since graduation from South College, she has been a member of our team. During her clinical rotation with us, she fell in love with Women’s Health. She had always known how much she loved babies but realized just how amazing it is that women have the ability to carry children and how the woman’s body works.

Deb’s favorite part about being a PA in women’s health is getting the opportunity to help our patients create a healthy quality of life from youth and throughout the golden years of their life.
