Hello Middleton Pediatrics Families,
Just as many of you are dealing with the aftereffects of Hurricane Ian, we, too, have been impacted by the storm. As some of you have already heard, the Middleton Pediatrics office building and the surrounding neighborhood flooded Wednesday night and Thursday morning. We cannot safely remain open in a standard capacity while the necessary repairs are completed.
Our temporary location at the moment is 1080 Woodcock Road, Orlando 32803 – St. Paul Building
We are grateful the damage was limited to the extent it was. The remediation and repair work has already begun, thanks to the kindness and responsiveness of all involved. As always, our team of employees has been amazing at pitching in, adapting to the situation, and doing whatever it takes to keep serving the families of our practice. We will know more specifics in the coming days and will be sure to keep you up to date. In the meantime, please contact our office just as you usually would. We fully anticipate being able to serve you and your child’s needs through a combination of in-person visits (stay tuned for more details on this), telemedicine visits, and clinical guidance through portal communication as well as phone. We will be contacting many of you to reschedule the well visits for the coming week, and we apologize for this inconvenience. We are already working on solutions to do this as quickly as possible.
We will continue to communicate details as our situation progresses, and don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for whatever concerns or questions you have. We encourage you to do so using the patient portal, by emailing us at info@middletonpediatrics.com, or by calling the office at 407-284-6460.
Best of health,
The Middleton Pediatrics Team
