Sports, School, and Daycare Physicals

A sports physical or a pre-participation physical examination (PPE) helps to determine whether or not a child is physically able to participate in a sport safely. Your child’s school may require a sports physical for participation in any U.I.L. event. Enrolling your child in a pre-school or daycare may also warrant a physical examination be done.
