Biography

Dr. Melissa Antonik grew up in a Navy family that traveled extensively but settled in the Washington D.C. area. She attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate studies and completed a BA in History. She then completed a Masters of Physiology at Georgetown University before receiving her Medical Degree (MD) from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Loyola University Medical Center followed by a Chief Resident year and fellowship in adult Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Antonik maintains her board certification in adult Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and has been practicing  in the Northern VA area for the past 15 years. She is committed to personalized and productive relationships with her patients and providing excellent and up to date endocrine care.
