Biography

Mrs. Gokturk, a board-certified nurse practitioner, received her nursing degree from George Mason University in 1990 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in 1993 where she graduated number one in her class with honors and received the Dean’s award. In addition to her extensive clinical education and experience, she continues to serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the graduate nursing programs.

She joined MOGHISSI MD 2018 where she works in collaboration with other providers. As a certified nurse practitioner, she manages the healthcare needs of patients through adolescence to adulthood. In addition, she provides our patients with educational training for the management of diabetes and osteoporosis.
