Biography

My name is Jake Lundquist, and I am a dedicated nurse practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare. I graduated summa cum laude from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2020 (Family Nurse Practitioner), and have been a registered nurse since 2012. I also graduated on the Dean's List from Daemen College in 2013.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings, including palliative care, hospitalist, emergency medicine, and family practice.

Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted husband and father to two kids, as well as a proud pet owner. My family and I have been residents of North Georgia since 2015, where we enjoy exploring the outdoors through activities such as hiking, camping, and kayaking. In my free time, I also indulge in my passion for music by playing guitar, and I love spending quality time with my friends and family playing tabletop games.

I am dedicated to continuously expanding my knowledge and skills in healthcare to provide the best possible care to my patients.
