Biography

Prior to join HIMA in 2019, Liz worked in the hospital ICU, a primary care practice, and rehabilitation centers in Connecticut as an APRN. Before becoming an APRN, she worked as a Registered Nurse in a number of Connecticut and Colorado hospitals; she also was a clinical instructor for the LPN program at Stone Academy. Currently, Liz works at HIMA as a primary care provider to both HIMA patients in the office and on site to patients residing at Buckingham Heights Assisted Living center. Liz also works as an APRN on the Inpatient Medicine Team at UCONN Health Center. Liz lives with her two daughters in central Connecticut.
