Christina Avery is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She holds a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. Christina has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families, offering support for a broad range of challenges.

Her areas of expertise include assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. From the very first session, Christina strives to create a compassionate and welcoming environment, allowing clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals in a safe, supportive space.
