Biography

Jessica Silver, APRN, FNP-C was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. She initially graduated from the University of South Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, complemented by a minor in Public Health. Her commitment to healthcare led her to pursue a second Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Keiser University in 2018, followed by a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2023, specializing in Family Medicine.

Jessica is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is currently working towards certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Her practice focuses on dietary interventions, lifestyle modifications, and addressing nutrient deficiencies to promote overall well-being.

Jessica’s professional journey in healthcare began at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, working as an internal medicine hospitalist. Her shift into the outpatient setting was driven by a desire to cultivate deeper, more enduring relationships with her patients. She found that she could have a more substantial impact by working closely with individuals to manage and improve their long-term health outcomes.

Jessica is married, has one child, a dog, and a cat. Her family enjoys spending time outdoors, especially boating around the beautiful waters of Sarasota.
