Biography

Reba has always had an interest in health care. She began her career with her first undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and continuing on to attain her Master in Public Health, concentrating on maternal and child health. Her strong desire to be more patient focused led her to pursue a career in nursing.

Upon completion of her undergraduate nursing degree, she worked in the neonatal intensive care unit in Birmingham, Alabama. She then moved to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training at Georgia State University. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a registered nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in the neonatal, pediatric, and technology dependent intensive care units.
