Biography

Courtnee Edwards is from Merkel, TX. She graduated from Merkel High School before attending Texas A&M for the first two years of college. She transferred to Texas Tech to pursue a nursing degree (at that time TAMU didn’t have a nursing program!) Courtnee graduated from Texas Tech University in 2003. She worked as a NICU nurse, labor and delivery nurse, and in plastic surgery before making the decision to become a nurse practitioner. Courtnee is passionate about women’s health and has worked exclusively in this speciality since 2011. She has been with Dr Mascorro since 2014 and loves serving women in the Big Country. Courtnee spends time outside of work with her two daughters, Addison and Brynlee, who keep her busy with soccer and exploring the outdoors.
