Biography

Jessie graduated from Youngstown State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then joined the United States Air Force and served four years on active duty at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. After separating from the military, she spent the next four years working as a float nurse at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. During this time, Jessie went back to school to further her nursing education, choosing the women’s health specialty due to the emphasis on preventive medicine. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2011 and became certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She then worked at Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region for a little over a year before relocating to central Ohio. Jessie was pleased to join Eastwind Women’s Health in 2014. Special interests include hereditary cancer genetics and menopause. Jessie is a certified menopause practitioner through the Menopause Society. Jessie lives in Johnstown with her husband, Matt, daughters Vivian and Evelyn, and dog, Dos. She spends most of her free time with her family; they especially enjoy camping and boating. When away from the office, Jessie is usually attending a youth sporting event or practice with her girls. She also volunteers as a youth softball coach in Johnstown.
