Dr. Stearn is from a small mountain town in Colorado and loves the outdoors. He tries to get a good ski trip in every winter and enjoys hiking out in the country. He also loves spending time at the beach in Rehoboth, Delaware. Dr. Stearn really enjoys cooking and considers himself a confident cook. He never misses the Dupont Circle farmer's market.

Biography

Dr. Stearn graduated from the University of Colorado, School of Medicine, in 1989; followed by his residency in Internal Medicine at George Washington University Hospital. He then spent a year at the National Institute of Health AIDS Clinical Trials Unit, and then a Year at the Georgetown University Infectious Diseases Clinic, eventually joining Dupont Circle Physicians Group.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (abim.org) and credentialed by the American Academy of HIV Medicine (aahivm.org).
